How does it work?
The 8-Week Office Retreat is designed to fit your busy schedule and budget. The sessions are held at Seats2meet Utrecht CS, a coworking space that offers a vibrant and inspiring atmosphere:
- The onsite sessions are held every Friday morning from 8:00 to 8:30, starting from Feb. 9, 16, 23, Mar. 1, 8, 15, 22, 29.
- If you miss the onsite session, you can also join the online live session, held every Saturday morning from 9:00 to 9:30, starting from Feb. 10, 17, 24, Mar. 2, 9, 16, 23, 30.
- The payment plan is simple and flexible:
Option 1: Whole package: 48 euro (including 8-week online live sessions worth 28 euro for free, for people who miss the onsite session)- The whole package also includes two e-books with 21 breathwork and meditation techniques, and a pdf manual with scientifically proven therapy tools.
